Marius Decuseară-Brandenburg – Partner
Marius holds the position of Country Manager within Trend Consult, coordinating the activity of the Romanian team.
He started his career in sales in 1995 in the Sales Department of Reuters Romania. He activated as Sales Executive and then as Marketing Manager in the same company.
Before joining the Trend Consult Group he was the Head of Risk Solutions for Reuters Southeastern Europe, with the office located in Romania.
As Head of Risk Solutions, Marius built and coordinated teams of consultants to support the sales and implementation of the Reuters solutions for Front-Back Office & Risk Management at regional level.
In 2007 Marius obtained the Huthwaite International certification as a trainer in sales (SPIN® Selling Skills) in ASMS (Account Strategies for Major Sales) in 2010 and the Eagle’s Flight certification for Experiential Learning Programs.
At Trend Consult, Marius has developed and delivered training programs for several of the company’s clients: Avangate, Boom TV, BRD-GSG, Citibank, ING Bank, Microsoft, Novensys, Pfizer, Philips Lighting, Pneurom, RCS-RDS,
Siveco, Sover, Unicredit Leasing, Ursus Breweries and Wizrom.
