Marius Decuseară-Brandenburg – Partner
Marius started his sales career in 1995 as Sales Assistant in the Sales Department of Reuters Romania. In the following years, he held the Sales Executive and then Marketing Manager positions with the same company. Before joining Trend Consult Group, he worked as the Head of Risk Solutions, Reuters Southeast Europe with the office located in Romania.
As Head of Risk Solutions, Marius created and coordinated various consultants’ teams whose objective were to sell and implement Reuters’ solutions for Front-Back Office & Risk Management at a regional level.
As of 2007, Marius is holding a Huthwaite International certification as a sales trainer (SPIN® Selling Skills) and Eagle’s Flight certification for experiential learning programs.
Alongside with Trend Consult, Marius developed and delivered training programs for various company’s clients, as Avangate, Boom TV, BRD-GSG, Citibank, ING Bank, Microsoft, Novensys, Pfizer, Philips Lighting, Pneurom, RCS-RDS, Siveco, Sover, Unicredit Leasing, Ursus Breweries şi Wizrom.
