Lucian Ocolişan – Consultant

A graduate of the Economic Sciences Faculty at Timisoara West University, Lucian started his sales career in 1999 as a Sales Representative for RCS&RDS.

In the following years, he continued to work in the sales department of the company, holding the Key Account Executive and then
Large Account Manager positions.

Simultaneously with the launch of fixed data transfer, Lucian took the job of Data Account Executive at Orange Romania, having as his main responsibility the sales development in West region of the country, made out of 17 counties.

In 2004, he took the position of Branch Manager for RCS&RDS, shortly after that his promotion to Regional Manager position with the same company.

His main areas of expertise were in growing the sales volume and in creating and training the team. He accomplished these be continuously having training, follow-up and coaching sessions with the members of his team.

Together with Trend Consult Group, Lucian is developing training and consultancy programs for the clients located in Western part of the country, his areas of expertise being sales and management courses.
