Christian Pauls – Senior Consultant
Christian graduated from the University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany, with a degree in Business Education and Vocational Education and Training at the Faculty of Educational Science and Business Administration.
From 2004 to 2006, Christian actively collaborated with the Institute of Business Education and Further Education and Training at the University of Duisburg-Essen.
In 2005 and 2006, he worked with the Department of Business Advise of Ericsson German (Düsseldorf) for in-house consultancy projects.
As a Consultant within Trend Consult since 2007, Christian is able to deliver training in German, French, English, and Romanian. While in Romania, Christian was involved in training and consultancy projects as well as in training development and research for clients such as ABN Amro, Continental Automotive Systems, Infineon, Petrom OMV, etc.
In 2007, Christian obtained an Eagle’s Flight license for delivering experiential learning programs.
In 2008, he led the team that brought LTSI to Romania – the only internationally validated organizational diagnostic instrument, which assesses the obstacles or catalysts for training transfer.
Since 2009, Christian has managed the Trend Consult team in Vienna, in his position of Country Manager for Austria.
