Ana-Maria Ocnărescu – Consultant
As a Consultant within the Trend Consult team, Ana-Maria’s area of expertise is sales and sales teams’ management.
Ana-Maria holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from the Bucharest Polytechnic University and she has over ten years of sales experience in telecommunications services.
In 1997, Ana-Maria joined the mobile communications company Mobifon, currently Vodafone, as a Direct Sales Executive, and one year later she was promoted to Corporate Account Manager, where she managed a team within the Corporate Customers Department for three years.
During 2001 – 2008, she successfully added entrepreneurial experience to her managerial experience. She was one of the founders of NetPoint – an alternative telecommunication services operator targeting corporate customers, currently a part of RCS-RDS. She was Sales Director for almost eight years, and her responsibilities included developing and implementing the firm’s sales strategy at national level, coordinating the Sales Department and maintaining the relationships with key customers.
Ana-Maria joined the Trend Consult team in 2008, and she has focused on improving the sales teams’ performance by developing and delivering training for sales, negotiation and customer relations.
Ana-Maria has delivered trainings and participated in developing projects designed for clients like Beiersdorf, Bosch, GDF Suez, IKEA, RCI Leasing, RIA, Romtelecom, UPC, and more.
