Adrian Florea – Managing Partner
Adrian is the founder of the Trend Consult company and is currently holding the Managing Partner position.
Graduate of International Business and Economics, Adrian started his sales career in 1993, in the consumer goods area.
From 1998 to 2003, he worked for Reuters Romania, as a Sales Manager. Here he studied closely the banking market, as the main clients category was represented by the Treasury Departments of banks in Romania and Moldova.
In the past ten years, he developed and delivered trainings in sales and personal development, both for multinational and Romanian companies.
As of 2002, Adrian is holding an international certification for trainers in sales and negotiation, being licensed by Huthwaite International (UK) for SPIN®, and from 2004 in experiential learning through licenses of Eagle’s Flight (Canada).
Alongside Trend Consult, Adrian has developed learning and delivering consultancy to clients like A&D Pharma, BRD, Crowne Plaza, Farmexim, Holcim, Honeywell, Inform Lycos, Microsoft, Minerva Com, Orange România, Pepsi, Philips România, ProfiPet, Rigips România, Siveco, Softwin, TechTeam, Unicredit, UPC Romania, Vodafone Romania, Volvo, Wizrom.
