Sales Academy was launched in 2002 and was the first Sales Academy in Romania. In the eight years of activity, over 5.000 salesmen have benefited from our training courses.

All of this time we were and we keep being hungry seekers of information and theories worldwide that can be relevant on the markets we are active on.

We have maintained a permanent dialogue with successful salesmen from all industries and we continued to analyze each sales process we went through in all its details.

We believe that many salespeople around us are sharing the same concerns and we want to provide them with the chance to access resources through one of the new formulas we are presenting Sales Academy since 2009: Sales Professional Certificate, Strategic Sales Certificate, Sales Management Certificate.

Learning Transfer System Inventory

LTSglobal_CP25The worldwide interest of organizations for instruments designed to measure the results of trainings lead the American researchers Holton and Bates (2003) to what they called Learning Transfer System Inventory (LTSI). LTSI is a tool able to make a diagnosis of factors that are direct influencing the efficiency of trainings in an organization. LTSI is already used in 16 countries and was also introduced in Romania in 2008 by Trend Consult. »
