We created Sales Academy a few years ago in order to enable the sales people from Romania to access any of the training courses provided by Trend Consult in a flexible system.
The new structure is made on the ground of the dialogue we had with more than 5000 sales people, during the ten years our team delivered and developed training programs in this field.
Under the „Professional Selling” slogan, Sales Academy proposes 10 training courses (sales, negotiation etc) grouped on 4 certification levels.
The Sales Academy courses are approaching the sales process from the perspective of the purchase process that every client has to go through.
Through this change of perspective we can identify the stages of the process needed in order to adapt the approach according to the moment when the sales intervention will be performed.

The sales abilities are not an already made recipe. To adapt your discourse according to the identified moments does not mean to learn six speeches instead of one, but understanding the overall process. Thus, the sales person would always “see” the stage he is in, but still has the overall vision upon the entire system.
This double perspective is translated in practice through the strategic thinking of each sales visit in the context of the buying process. That is why the objective of the Sales Academy programs is more than the simple transmission of some abilities that can lead to excellence by simple exercising them. Our aim is to transmit an approach of the process built around the client that, once assumed by the aware sales person, can represent the foundation the abilities are further developed upon.
Sales Academy benefits from the tools of the Connected Learning model that allow us to expand the learning process beyond the training room and support the participants in applying the new elements.
